Very nice office on Robinson next to Weis. Great family doctor. Dr. Schlaen is never rushed when she listens to you. Takes her time to hear you.

dr schlaen is in a new office on robinson st. office is really nice. she did her training at an ivy league school and is very smart. she listened to me when others did not.

Dr. Schlaen is caring and compassionate. She takes her time and really tries to understand your problems. I feel like she really "gets" me

A top doctor in our area. Did her residency at an Ivy League hospital - she is really smart. She also does not rush and spends time with me every visit. Really great doctor.

Not up to date on current medical/lab standards. Did not feel like she took me/my symptoms seriously

Attempted to get an urgent appoint to see the doctor. Was told the wait was two plus weeks. Indicated that I had an acute condition that could be potentially life threatening. Was put on hold and treated like a second class citizen. I became so frustrated with her office staff that I went elsewhere to seek care. Do not recommend.
