Dr. Brenda Lee Sullivan, MD

I thought I finally found a good doctor but I can’t take the fact that she ignores messages and does not return phone calls. It’s disrespectful to the patient to be so inconsiderate.

After being with Dr. Sullivan for seven years I decided to finally move on. She is under WestMed so good luck getting through to her, or getting her on the phone. Her assistant Idell is on the money with returning calls though. But needless to say, I severed ties with her because she seems to have become more callous over the years. I'm thinking maybe it's time for her to retire. She isn't too friendly and tends to keep you waiting long. She has her nice and gentle moments but what my biggest issue with her was is that she pushes medications on you and doesn't factor in side effects. When I brought it to her attention she brushed me off. After changing to a different PCP my whole regimen changed for the best. I felt like I had to be my own advocate with her because she would push prescriptions my way like it was going out of style.

You will wait at LEAST 3 HOURS to see her. No concept or consideration of time. She doesn't return your calls until a week later and at an inappropriate time, after 9PM! She can be condescending and downright obnoxious. After the first visit I gave her the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a follow-up visit. Big mistake! I have a new primary Dr. now.

Good doctor but sucks at returning phone calls. That's what happens when you deal with corporate medicine at WESTMed in Ridge Hill.

Best Doctor on the east coast, thoughtful, caring and one real awesome person

I believe Dr. Sullivan is an excellent doctor. I feel comfortable with her professionalism and ability and rapport with her patients.
