Does not return phone calls I called her three times in one day for serious problem and her staff assured me that they gave her the message and she never returned my call and I am a patient of hers and was dealing with her previously that week I was having problems and she didn't care enough to even call me back Iwould never go to dr. Brenda Velasco again and hopefully you will never go to her either

Been trying to get an appt. I have stomach issues with painful cramps. I’ve called 4 times in a week and her secretary either doesn’t give her messages or I’m being ignored. It’s unfortunate. I like her but this situation is unacceptable.
