Dr. Brenda Sue Waller, MD

Good morning, I have and maintain favorable memories of Brenda Waller (Dr. Waller) when we attended the same elementary school. As I recall while taking music classes at Sydnor Jennings Elementary School, Brenda was a gifted student musician on the clarinet instrument. She was always learned and worked very diligently and persistently. On the weekly honor roll bulletin board, Brenda Waller as well as former classmateThomas Word, Brenda's name was at the top with a gold star most of the time. My name, Randolph Jennings of Sydnor Jennings Elementary School, was at the top on some occassions. The city of Lynchburg and the State of Virginia, and Centra Lynchburg General Hospital are very fortunate to have you work at this particular hospital during these challenging. Keep up the great work and be well.

I have been a patient of mrs Dr Waller for about 5 years now and she has improved my quality of life by 100 percent. If your looking for drugs dont bother she is a no nonsense Dr and can tell if your seeking.But if your truly in pain she will bend over backwards to help. Im so thankful i found her. The government needs to let the Drs do their jobs and stay out of stuff they know nothing about.

Dr. Waller is a excellent doctor!!! she has real care and concern for her patients!!! Her staff are kind and helping!!!I feel blessed to have such a wonderful doctor!!!

Dr. Waller is an absolutely amazing Dr. She is a caring Dr. she really gets to know her patients and does her best to see to ALL of their needs. I would recommend this great lady to everyone.

Long, but true. I have been a patient of Dr. Waller for some time now... She's great!!!. I think the staff is great. Tomeka has been so helpful n she tries to help answer any questions you may have, whether it's ins or Medicare. She's very knowledgeable. Dr. Waller is very helpful, she listens and she understands my personal physical issues I have going on. IF your going there just to get pain killers, 0 toleration for that. You better have proof, documentation, surgeons n pcp referral or letter recommending pm. Doctors DON'T overdose you!!!! Take as Dr writes. I may not be on what I used to take, but I'm grateful I have a Dr who knows, sees, and cares about me, and trying to give me a Quality of Life!!! I hear to many ppl blame Drs for getting you or your kid addicted to pain killers, NOT TRUE!!!!! Take as directed, your on pm due to something, whether you broke back or hip whatever, your surgeon will know, n Dr Waller will know what's best. IF you break a leg, it's… fixed n therapy etc...been there and off the meds. Why do you need more meds ?? I'm sick of hearing Dr whoever, got you addicted, you or friend or family member has a mental health issue that needs to be addressed. Dr. Waller has been tryn to help me the best she can. Until the Gov stops playn Dr and starts letting real Drs treat patients accordingly, there's only so much help a Dr can do. SINCE ALL DEA, FDA, CDC workers are DRS, they know how to treat pain, chronic pain. Pain i DON'T wanna live in. I let Dr Waller do her job, even with hands partially tied, she's GREAT and I'm grateful to have a wonderful Dr to go to, with an incredible staff. I always give #maximumeffort every day, to do and live the best life I'm able to. Thank you Dr. Waller

I find these reviews quite telling. It's either love, or hate. Hmmm.. You be the judge.

My 2nd visit was today, and Dr. Waller was very understanding, we discussed things most drs don't care about, it's simply so refreshing to have a Dr treat me with respect and not give you THAT look. Dr. Waller went out of her way to discuss options for me, being I have anutha major health issue, she offered advice and continues to treat me with respect and not some kind of "junkie" looking for meds. It's a tuff world, nowadays, yet she continues to work with me. Blessed to have met her n her staff is great. So kind and full of compassion and obviously love helping ppl. Thank you Dr. Waller n staff

After I lost MY pm Dr back east to an injury n his retirement, I moved Iiut western vs n was in desperate need of help, after a cpl pm drs being rude and totally inconsiderate n zero compassion I was finally able to see Dr. Waller, she was to the point, n very straightforward in questions n asking me what I had already been thru, she seemed to care, that was a pleasant suprise, and I'm hoping we can continue to work towards regaining a quality of life, I miss so much. She's trying and that's all I can ask for. Very grateful. This was my 1st visit also

I have been a patient of Dr. Waller for several years as I have a chronic degenerative condition that causes me a.lot of pain. She is so caring and empathetic....a far cry from what I had been used to. She was able to get me back to having a good quality of life. No more weeks in bed or expensive emergency room visits. Dr. Waller and her staff are wonderful, caring people and I strongly recommend anyone suffering with chronic pain conditions to make an appointment! â?º
