He was more than happy to offer injections. Made up some lie about if you've ever been on medical MJ he's not allowed to prescribe. He doesn't care at all about his patients.

dr astley is very knowledgeble and understanding. He listensto what you have to say and tries very hard to come p with several ways to help you and he is very understandiing.

Listens and helpful in person but refuses to respond to messages. May do something but no one lets me know then told not to write or call anymore. How am I supposed to know if he did anything about my written concerns if neither he or staff respond?

Happy with his services. I just follow his instructions and have not had any issues.

Did not look at my medical records I brought with me. told me I should file a complaint with the medical board.

Getting scheduled can be difficult it is a busy practice. This is one of my favorite doctors because I feel he really listens to me and tries to solve or improve some of my problems. I read the previous review about scripts not getting filled I have not had that problem and also remember him telling me that the policy of the practice is not to fill scripts over the phone only with an appointment. Maybe, I just haven't had that problem. Overall, I would recommend.

The office fails to respond to messeges. They Don't return calls or fill medications on time. When they to fill your prescriptions they don't call and let you know they are ready for pick up. You never know who's name is going to be on the presciptions either. All over just a bad office to attend!
