Dr. Brendan Allen Mielke, MD

After 6 years of being with this dr I am forced to find a new doctor due to continued treatment from mielke and associates that shows unfair treatment leading to intense discomfort and suffering. No matter I have NEVER tested for anything other than marijuana in my entire LIFE they continue to treat me like a habitual IV drug user for 6 YEARS. Denying me IV benadryl during my run because of it. If your old no problem, but watch these guys if you are younger, because you are only looking for drugs. Even if you have an allergy to the meds given during treatment and need IV benadryl to alleviate suffering caused from said medication/side effect from medical condition. No humanity. No sympathy. Battle for pain meds when sores covered my legs so bad they had to be cut off above the knees. Repeated battles over pain medications while admitted to the hospital for weeks following extensive surgeries. Im done. Finding a new dr, even if I have to move states/pay out of pocket to do so. I tried,… over and over, and thought time would show the truth about me, but 6 years apparently isnt a good enough track record. So upset, hurt, angry. But mostly disappointed. Dr. Peterson, his associate clinic Dr, is also very unsympathetic and uncaring. Horrible, judgemental people. :(

As a preface, it should be noted that Dr. Mielke is a graduate from a university that was a major competitor in football to my university. That being said, I still continued my initial session with him and that was over three years ago. He is intelligent with strong interpersonal skills to listen, analyze and recommend action. He communicates in straight non-jargonistic language, defining any medical terms or procedures, as he proceeds in his analyses and recommendations. I might add this is a relatively rare experience for me with doctors. He has been very helpful in navigating me through the various medical problems I have or could develop. I absolutely recommend him.

The man walks on water as far as I am concerned. Excellent diagnostician. Caring and helpful beyond expectations.
