Dr. Brenna Wynne Casey, MD

Dr Brenna Casey was very aloof and seemed quite uncaring for my visit. She seemed very matter of fact with my condition stating "you have a chronic condition, you're going to have issues". Also stating, you've been here a lot so you know what to expect. Her after procedure write-up was extremely brief and uninformative. When I told her I brought a CD from my last CAT Scan, she said "okay, I'll look but actually seemed irritated with it all. Not a comforting visit by any means.

My father had an appointment booked weeks in advance for upper endoscopy ultrasound, we were told to arrive at 230 for a 4 o'clock procedure. He is 72 years old and recently diagnosed with a bad cancer. He already had an endoscopy with Dr Cabral ( who was great) of exeter nh hospital but for some unexplained reason we had to go to see her. We arrived at 2 and she didnt see him untill 530 pm. That is all day without eating or drinking in prep for the procedure. Besides he is on a liquid diet due to his cancer. He is elderly, sick and in pain and she took us 3 hours late. We were there from nh for 6 hours for a half hour procedure. Then kept him there for other 2 hours. Then they closed at 630 and my husband and i were locked in waiting for him to come. We were the only ones left in the waiting area. The nurses said she was coming out to speak to me and she never did. Never even met her. Nice treating an elderly cancer patient like so. I was so disgusted nobody seemed to have a clue.… Cece the nurse was obnoxious and flightly when she knew we were upset, Laughing and so. Then they give me instructions that are highlighted that says no dairy for 12 hours after procedure so i question it because i have him on weight gainer smoothies with milk. Then the nurse says no thats wrong and crosses it off. I dont know what to trust at this point. It was complete torture and and unexceptable. It was an all day affair we drove from nh and didnt get home till 9. She released him at 730. I never what to go back to her again.

I was late for an appointment by 5 minutes and she wouldn't see me.... took me over an hour in heavy traffic only to have to turn around. She refused to see me, no matter what.

Dr. Casey took the time to go over what to expect for r my upcoming procedure, and was very kind and and easy to talk to.

Dr. Casey is a wonderful, caring doctor. I would highly recommend her. Thank you Dr Casey.

I found Dr. Casey to be very nice. She was quick but I did not have any questions. She diagnosed my condition within 5 minutes and within 2 days I had my ERCP!! As a nurse, I know that getting appointments so quickly is very rare! Everyone was so nice before and after the procedure. When I go places I do not let them know I am a nurse so I am not treated any differently and I found the care exceptional!

more than happy with dr. boundswent to her with a lot of complications. she was absolutely wonderful in every aspect. I have the utmost confidence and feel very fortunate tone able to continue my care with her.

I had an appt. with Dr. Bounds about two weeks ago for a colonoscopy unfortunately and I can honestly say the few minutes I spoke with Dr. Bounds,(and I do mean few) were some of the most uncomfortable, damning, embarrassing and regretful moments of my adult life.) I am too embarrassed to go into details here but not only will I never ever be booking any appointment of any kind with this sham of a Dr, I will be complaining to the higher-ups at Mass General, because this was borderline legal. THIS WOMAN SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ANYWHERE NEAR PATIENTS!!

This women is an absolute hack, she seems to have mental issues that negatively impact her performance, she is outright rude to her PATIENTS, dissmisive at your questions and concerned, and I even noticed her being downright boarderline racial with an Indian American woman hwo was behind me. I have been an Mgh hospitla memebr for over a decade and usually they maintain a very high quality of service and providers. I cannot imagine how 'Dr.' Bounds has survived so long in an otherwise first-class hospital. I will be fliing an offical complaint with the hospital board, however I feel as though I am not the first one...
