Dr. Brenna Rae Green, DO

Prompt, courteous and accurate diagnosis. My pain is now under control. I would definitely recommend.

1. Little to no bedside manner - took no time to explain, options, let me ask questions, etc 2. Did not explain procedure before, during or after (care) 3. Was called the night before procedure and told "I wasn't a good candidate, but I could decide whether to go through with it or not" I had already had two trials (previous two weeks)..plenty of time to be advised and opt to speak with Dr as to best option 4. As I was getting three shots into a nerve along my spine (first time ever), the assisting nurse told me after: "the procedure should not have made me cry"...condescending and certainly not comforting when a patient is (HURTING!) seeking pain relief! 4. I tried to pay each visit but was told there was no charge (insurance paid)...2-3 months later received bill 5. FOUR months later I received a call from an orthopedic surgeon: Dr. Green referred me, yet I was NEVER advised of this

Dr. Green is an excellent doctor who also values your time and makes a great effort to being on time.

Dr seemed to have one therapy for every ailment. She was too worried about being on time for her next appt to worry about finding out what was wrong with my daughter. They told me it would take a couple weeks to hear back on a referral for my daughter. I hadn't heard anything so I called back to find out they had never sent it. They didn't act like they cared, only said they would do it then. They wont return your phone calls and when I tried to complain to the office manager she was very rude and told me referrals are just a process. Basically, they don't care.

I spent 5 minutes with her and she prescribed me 1 prescription. All i can say is that visti cost me 2k with charges that were questionable.

I have been seeing Dr. Brenna Green for approximately 1 year. I have experienced a dramatic improvement in my quality of life which is directly attributed to Dr. Green's excellent care. Dr. Green immediately diagnosed my condition and initiated a treatment plan. She is caring, attentive and professional. I would also like to note that the staff is outstanding as ell.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Green. She is always on time. Dr. Green and her staff are extremely courteous. Most importantly she has helped me control my pain!

After 7 months of visits all she did was throw pain pills at my 14 years of chronic pain,I wanted help.one time she did pop a vertebrae in my middle back...really!!! I could have done better at a chiropractor. So disappointed.
