Dr. Lindsay had to make a tough call, canceling my surgery because of some last minute symptoms that could indicate cardiac issues. I'm sorry for the inconvenience to others on surgical staff but applaud Dr. Lindsay for acting on my behalf.

Dr. Lindsay, although I'm sure she's competent in her field, does not have any bedside manners. When anesthesia questions were asked, she was condescending and rude in her response. As a patient whose paying and receiving a service, an attitude of respect and comfort should be provided but her attitude and response was completely contrary to quality patient centered care.

Dr. Lindsay can be a bit rude and cold. You do not get the fuzzies when she is around. My son whom she worked on is alive and well, I bet she is very knowledgable- maybe that is where the attitude comes from.
