Hi, I originally was very pleased with our first visit to Mayfair Pediatrics back in September of 2024, but this second visit it felt like the staff were significantly less friendly and the visit itself felt pretty chaotic. I understand that it's difficult because there were two children in the same visit, but I just figured since it was one of the options in the scheduling thing that all of the staff were accustomed to this including if it's young children. It seemed to me it would always just be better to have one child at a time. It was a bit stressful because I felt like it was hard to get all of our concerns listened to within the delegated time given that there were a lot of questions, there were a lot of records to follow up on and we wanted to make sure everything was covered while ultimately....that we don't have time for the appointment. So, that was a little bit hard. I was also a bit frustrated because I ended up taking my son to urgent care on Saturday when he was… diagnosed with any ear infection. I'm frustrated because I asked during the visit about this issue and was told that he was fine, when he was just not fine during the visit as well. Those are my notes. Thank you.

YOur staff is always so friendly and helpful. I was able to get in quickly and they are always so great with my son too. Great job everyone!

I love children's wisconsin hospital and clinics and I think it's one of the best hospitals care about health and growth of children in wisconsin and I wish same kind of hospitals nationwide. And for stars grading I give 5 stars which is the best grade for. All the staff and crew of children's wisconsin god bless you all
