I fell and broke my hip in 3 places. Rushed to Waco to Hillcrest for surgery. Bauer was doctor on duty and we didn’t know him. He should have performed a hip replacement but chose to screw the bones together and prop them up! In 2months. Screws came Loose, props fell gouging me internally. Had to rush back to waco and learned what had happened. I kept copies of x-rays to prove if needed. I had to go thru another strenuous, long surgery to clean up the mess and do a complete hip replacement. Dr. Ellis Lance stepped up and performed the replacement. I had to live In Hospital type PT for over 4 months to get thru this, but Praise God. I have had any trouble healing this time. I can not recommend Dr. Bauer!

Dr Bauer was amazing. My grandmother broke her hip. He was so patient with us. We were so scared but six months later she is doing so good.

Dr Bauer is so caring, it's great to meet a doctor like him. Most Doctors don't sit and answer all of your questions and as thorough as he did. My husband had a major operation and the doctor did not leave that room until he had all of our question answers answered. After a 5 1/2 hr surgery he came out too see me. and I about wanted to cry when he talked to me. I just love him and would recommend to ANYONE!!
