He completed his ophthalmology training from Texas Tech University Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences where the department heads selected him for the prestigious chief designation of his residency program. During this time he was honored with the coveted Grand Rounds Presentation Award from Texas Tech University…

Prior to this, he graduated summa cum laude with honors in biology from West Virginia University, then remained in his home state to receive his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine. At that time, he graduated in the top 1% of the class with honors in nearly every medical specialty.

He is THE BEST!!! The staff is friendly and professional and he is thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommended I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I was very anxious about cataract surgery. The staff at West Boca Eye Center put me at ease, they saw to my comfort before, during and after the surgery. Dr. Bellotte did my right eye first and two weeks later they did the left eye. I was at ease both times. Their attention to my comfort was exceptional. I can see again with 20/20 distant vision and with a bonus of the true colors of things. I highly recommend him for cataract surgery

Dr Bellotte and his staff have been dealing with my eye issues for close to 10 years now. Both cataracts surgeries have gone flawless. Highly recommend him.

I had cataract surgery several years ago. Dr Bellotte was amazing and also the staff. My most recent visit was for my yearly checkup. The staff was very friendly and professional as usual! Dr Bellotte as always was just great….He answered all my questions, was very friendly!!! I feel so confident about the care of my eyes!!!

I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes and I am happy to say it was successful and everything went smoothly. I was afraid of having the surgery and put it off for 2 years. Dr. Bellotte put me at ease about the procedure and everything went as they said it would and I had no complications. I'm very thankful!
