Going to him is the same as no doctor visit at all. He doesn't do much of anything to evaluate your health beyond looking at your vitals. He acts like he is being inconvenienced if you have a problem with something in your health and want to ask about it, as if you are just supposed to suck it up. As other reviews have said, arrogant, rude, and ignorant. My time at this practice has made me lose trust in medical professionals in general.

Abrupt, dictatorial attitude....doesn't listen

Please seek out another doctor. After my experience with him, I feel the need to warn others about this man. First, if you do any online searching, you will notice that he has terrible reviews by many people. Believe them. I would not recommend anyone to go to him. I don’t even want to tell about my appointment with him, but I’ll tell you that the experience was quite disturbing. If you are female, especially, please go elsewhere if you don’t want to be traumatized.

Had issues with bowels over holidays and even Show him and told him what I had to eat and he pushed on my stomach and said I ate and drank to much. Go home and eat salad and fruit. 3 weeks later in the hospital for bowl abstraction.

Worst doctor out there. Totally has a God complex. Arrogant, useless, and certainly a waste of time. The place seems o.k but this doctor is horrible.

After waiting for 45+ minutes. The doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional. My main reason for seeking this doctor was to get my prescriptions refilled because my primary care doctor is 4 hours away, Dr. Boggess was 2. I called, told the front desks girls that, made my appointment, went to see him. He immediately walked into my room with his own opinion and agenda set before ever meeting me or speaking with me. A year ago I was prescribed some anxiety medication. It has greatly improved my quality of life. I have had a lot of past trauma, I tried explaining this to Dr. Boggess but he didn't want to hear it. He didn't want to prescribe my medication because long term it could become addictive. I've been monitored on this medication by my primary care doctor and have only taken the recommended dosage. It is one of the more relaxed, subtle medications for anxiety, It's not xanax, its not harsh. I am myself on it, my family and husband agrees. I have no side affects on it. Yet, he… insisted if I wanted the refill I had to find another doctor, I asked him what he recommended and he recommended an anti depressant to "calm me" when I am not depressed. I have an anxiety disorder HUGE difference. I have been put on anti depressants before in the past (which i told the doctor) steaming from previously mentioned trauma. The one he suggested I had already been on, It gave me side effects. I prefer my anxiety medication that allows me to function like a healthy, normal adult rather than anti depressants that just numb me, make me sick and make me sleep for two days. This doctor is nuts. He didnt' even want my history or an accurate background before assessing. Then when I refused the anti depressants he STORMED out of the room. He said, NO, shoved a piece of paper in my face (i think the one you give to the nurse on checkout) and he went to the next patient. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR HEALTH, YOUR BACKGROUND, YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE OR WELL BEING.

Arrogant, smug, self righteous, self important, non communicative, quick to spend your money on worthless test, test, test, and more p.t. .. he's very inportant you know.... jeez, go back to 1940.....

Worst Dr. ever for elderly people...all he seems to do is hand out prescriptions...glad my mom switched!!!
