The office personnel is very friendly and helpful and the dentist is amazing! I've never seen a better dentist. He's gentle and makes sure you are not in pain. I would recommend Dr Dunnavin

Only problems I have are the office workers who are the face of a business. They are rude and unhelpful. They can't get any information right and doesn't care about the patients. They treat you like a criminal. It feels like being a patient is a bother to them and they just don't have time for you. Worst customer service I've ever seen. The doctors and hygienists are wonderful. I love them. If the front would change, I'd go back because the doctor and hygienists are the best! But as long as those office workers are there, I refuse to return
