Dr. Brent Morgan Gray, MD

My mother had a doctors appointment where she was met with horrible in office service. The office staff was the most unprepared staff I have ever observed in my history of being in the medical field. I am beyond disgusted with the service my mother received. Her last appointment was to go over lab results and the PA did not even know about her labs that and scans that were done. She was very unprofessional as was the office manager. I am disgusted to know that there is such poor service at a doctors office, especially when the office manager can agree that "someone did not do their job." This is beyond unacceptable. As a medical professional it is your job to make sure you do your job correctly. If your job is not done correctly you could cost someones life.

I have been with Dr. Gray for many years now he is always informative and patient he answers any questions than I have and is always polite and positive.He ensures that I understand my labs and provides feedback. He is amazing
