I have found him to be very patient and practical with his medicine. He listens to what you want to do while steering you into choices that are in the interest of a 'healthier you.' I would highly recommend him.

I hate when he left Pickens County in Carrollton, Alabama. Dr. Mclarty diagnosed me with Sarcoidosis in 1998. He explained to me what it was and offered great care. He is a very through and caring doctor. One of the rarest.

Best experience I have had with primary care. Dr. spends time with you and listens intently to your concerns. Staff is very polite and friendly. I was referred by a friend, now I know why. I highly recommend Dr. McLarty & staff.

I appreciate so much the fact that Dr. McLarty REALLY listens when I am in for an appointment. He has a wonderful way of finding out just what a particular problem may be - his manner is so caring and compassionate. I felt I could talk with him so easily about new symptoms I was experiencing and he took the time to talk about what could be done.
