Dr. Brent A Metts, MD

I was referred to Doctor Brent Metts by family doctor for ears blocked and loss of hearing! Doctor Metts examined me cleaned both ears removing large plugs! He was very thoughtful and explained the procedure throughly! Also very gentle! Now I won’t need hearing aides!!!

Was not over all satisfied with the appointment. Waited over 1 hour 45 min. to get in. The paperwork you fill out is way too much. Some of it repeats itself. One lady left after waiting so long and made an appointment to come back. To much over booking to make people wait that long.

The dr was great! The office staff is awful, especially the lady that handles the billing! She is extremely rude, as well as she does not take care of important issues. I was billed for a procedure that was NOT performed by DR Metts. I made several calls and explained that I was billed for a service that wasn't performed. They stated they would take care of it. I received a notice from a debt collection agency today and I'm beyond livid, As I have great credit!! Please please review every statement you receive and make sure the service you are being billed for was actually performed!!!

Went to Dr. Metts after three other doctors could not figure out I had salivary gland stones. He knew what it was right away, I am continuing treatment for stones at this time. Dr. Metts and staff have been great.
