Dr. Brent Morgan, MD

Matter of face. Confident but not arrogant. Related to my concerns and was not dismissive of anything I asked. Gave me hope that my problems could be either lessened or fixed completely.

Worst surgeon. I went for pituitary adenoma and he did the surgery.He did not remove the tumor and chickened out. He didn’t even bother to show the mri post op. They left me bleeding through the nose after the surgery with no care. Somehow my instincts drove me to UTSW who did the same procedure successfully. I wasted time and money with Brent!

Dr. Brent Morgan is the absolute worst surgeon you will ever have the misfortune of meeting. He does not care about the people who he is supposed to help - he only cares about how much money he can make. In addition to being rude & arrogant he does not listen to the patient, which is so important. He assumes a lot. And you know what is said about assuming. Plus he has caused permanent nerve damage to myself and so many others. Do yourself a favor and find another neurosurgeon immediately!

Cocky and worthless, just don't do it. He never helped me and if anything made me much worse.

I typically stick with Providence providers but one of the MD's I work with recommended Dr Demakas, who is unfortunately not seeing very many new patients anymore, so Dr Morgan was recommended as an alternative (by his office). BIG MISTAKE. I've worked with some of the top surgeons in Spokane (ortho, general, OB-GYN, etc) and have never met a doctor as disrespectful or as arrogant as this guy. His PA came into the room like a wild monkey; poking and prodding me repeatedly, asking me rocket-fire questions, and zipped out the room like a lightning bolt. My husband and I both just shook our heads and couldn't believe what just happened!?!? In comes Dr Morgan who's first words were "I've already reviewed your images and have decided that you're not a surgery candidate, there's nothing I can do for you". Ok... good to hear that I don't need surgery, but he didn't even bother reviewing my MRI images with me so I could understand HOW he came to that conclusion. I like to be involved in my… care, which is clearly an issue for Dr Morgan. He talked down to me like I was an idiot (not knowing I've been in healthcare for 20+ years) and quickly referred me to some other Multicare provider for neck injections. Uh huh... right... I don't think so. He too was out of the room in less than 5 mins flat. Go ahead and look at just how much he charges for that service. Unbelievable. I know Rockwood was acquired by Multicare, but they're still crappy Rockwood physicians - nothing has changed there. Do yourself a favor and schedule with ANYBODY other than Dr Morgan. This is advise from someone who KNOWS how physicians SHOULD and DO behave. elsewhere.

Arrogant, due to a "bad judgment call" resulted in another Neuro Surgeon having to correct his mistakes in 2017 before he moved to Washington State.

Based on my treatment in 2015, I was happy to see him leave Texas. I am sure location will not change his manners, which are poor for bedside, arrogant, does not listen and just NOT a well rounded caring physician. Shame on you for the treatment of being "un-interested", rude and having the "GOD" complex of which HE IS NOT! His Texas office staff were also very unprofessional, total dingbats whom were unable to fill out the simplest of forms. Dr. Morgan's PA's in his office had the same uncaring attitude and was very cold and unfriendly, I presume Dr. Morgan groomed them to be exactly like him. 1 year after he left, I became a patient of the referring doctor taking over Dr. Morgan's patients. He was the complete opposite and realized that surgery was needed URGENTLY. Form your own opinion, but don't be surprised.

Very cordial and pleasing personality. Takes cautious approach and wants all bases covered before a surgery is offered.

Nathan is very very rude! He couldn't care if you lived or died. You are just a pay check as far as he is concerned. I can't believe he still has a job ,so I guess he is related to Dr. Morgan. - Nathan is very lazy and wants you to do the work. Can"t walk well - take the stairs maybe you will fall and break your neck

Dr. Morgan did a day surgery on me and I am doing great! My pain is gone and I am feeling much better. I would recommend him to anyone needing a neurosurgeon.
