My husband who has a traumatic brain injury needed an extraction. Was told by staff we had to wait two months for a consult!! We already had xrays and been referred there by another dentist! He has root damage and needs it out immediately. Was not helpful and Kelly told us to go to UofL. If your on Medicaid in any fashion you need a two month consult first even if you already had one with another dentist. And I called Medicaid and a tooth extraction was an is covered under my husbands plan only took a two minute phone call to authorize. So I am not sure why it would take two months to check to see if it is covered or not! Someone’s not doing their job or doesn’t like going the extra mile for the patient despite if they are on Medicaid or a regular insurance plan. Was made to feel less than because my disabled husband with a tbi and is on Medicaid. I’m sure the dentist is great don’t know didn’t get that far.

I an a 70 yr old lady who needed two wisdom teeth removed...both times I was in the office I received great service...Dr. Mortenson is very relaxed and calm and patient and worked quickly and comfortably both times...

Just don't call the emergency number. Guy was a complete jerk Had a dental emergency and wouldn't even call in an antibiotic which was all I needed. Why put your number up if you won't help anyone!?
