I laid hooked up, on my side for an hour. Four staff members didn’t know where he was. After an hour a mans voice behind me said hello. I craned my neck around only to see his back at a monitor. We didn’t meet before or after the procedure. Class act.

I went to Dr. Murchie with some painful GI issues. He was very empathetic during my appointment and took time to both listen and explain things to me. I trusted him and felt comfortable with him handling my care. I highly recommend. Doctors like this don’t come around very often.

Today Dr Murchi did a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. He came in before and after the procedures to see me about any concerns. He and his team did an excellent job and removed several polypsfor the colonoscopy and proscribed a medication for acid reflux from the other. Left with report in hand and all photos.Great job

I found Dr. Murchie A good, cheerful and caring doctor. he was on time, dealt with my problem expeditiously. I have no complaints, but the telephone is seldom answered by a human and messages were rarely answered or call backs made..

This was my first visit to Dr. Murchie and I was so happy to find him so caring. He listened to everything that I had to say and never rushed me out the door. When I had my endoscopy done he was right there to make certain that I understood the results and that I was OK. The nurses were exceptional also!

His bedside manners are very inferior. He is rude and seems reluctant to help. He is aloof and snobbish to his patients. His staff is very attentive and kind. He should learn from them.

Dr. Murchie is excellent. Unfortunately, he's undermined by a terrible staff. It's impossible to get a live person on the phone and they don't return phone calls. I'm looking for another practice.
