Wonderful doctor that took the time to help me and my family. From the beginning Dr. Pennington knew what my mom’s diagnosis was and did an amazing job with her care. He took over an hour explaining to us all the steps and process of hospice. My mom was able to recover and live pain free because of him. I would highly recommend him to any family. Dr Pennington misdiagnosed my mother once out of surgery. His lack of medical assessment for a complex elderly patient was evident because he diagnosed my mother near death at onset. He never gave her a fighting chance. He then had her transferred to a “suppose” postacute medical facility without fully treating her. Her condition only worsened and my mother passed. He makes up for his lack of medical knowledge by constantly reiterating his medical experience. Her death could have been prevented
