-------STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL OFFICE------- I scheduled an appointment for my yearly checkup and cleaning because I was new to the area and I needed a new dentist. An assistant took my radiographs and the hygienist did my gums exam and my cleaning. I did not have a proper exam where the doctor looks inside my mouth from all sides and also under my tongue and feels the sides of my neck like I used to have at my old dentist and he did not take the time to go over the x-rays he took with me. When the doctor came to check the cleaning to make sure she didn´t miss any spots she was the one that told him I had some deep pockets and recession and she also told him I had a broken tooth on the bottom and back. He immediately started to sell me a crown and told me that that insurance would cover it. He also told me I could get it done that day by the time I walked out the door, which was strange to me since I have had crowns done before and it takes a couple of weeks after they take the… mold to carefully make them so they fit well. I should have said no but I guess I felt pressured and I worried about my tooth breaking more if I didn´t do it. He got me numb and cut my tooth to get it ready for the crown. Then he left and the assistant took some sort of picture of my tooth with a wand and she left as well. I just sat there waiting for like half an hour. After that the doctor came back with the crown already made and tried it inside my mouth for not more than 2 minutes. He said it looked good so he gave it to the assistant who went to clean it and I waited in the chair again for 15 minutes. Then they came back and the doctor put the crown in my tooth again and asked me to bite down and move my mouth around to see if it was high. It was high so he ground it down a little bit and put it back in, then he glued it on and sent me on my way. It all felt very rushed and sloppy to me compared to past experiences when I had crowns made. When I went home and the anesthesia wore off my tooth really started to hurt every time I bite down because the crown was high. I had a toothache for a week and I called the office to be seen as soon as possible. They told me they were booked and I had to wait another 2 weeks to come in so I ended up having the first follow up 3 weeks after the crown was delivered and I had a toothache the whole time. When I finally went for the appointment they sat me down, he came in and looked inside my mouth. He ground the crown down a little bit more and then he also ground down the tooth on the opposite side where the crown bites down to make my bite right again!!!! That tooth had no work on it before and there was no problem with it and he just ground it down to make his crappy crown fit. I asked around afterwards and what happened is that he did not shave my tooth down enough the first time around to make up for the thickness of his crown. If the crown is too thin it will break so there is a minimal thickness to it and to make up for it they have to shave your tooth down when they put it in so your bite is not high afterwards. He did not shave the tooth down enough to get it ready for the crown and he did not catch it when he was checking the crown so it was too late to fix it once he glued the crown down on the tooth permanently. If he had kept grounding the crown down (because it was too high) the crown would have become too thin and it would have broken and to shave the tooth down more he would have to break the crown and take it out, both of which would have cost him money. Instead he ground down a tooth that had no problem to cover up his screw up. He sent me off and gave a prescription for TRAMADOL which is a narcotic with high risk of addiction. He did not even asked me if I was ok with that, I found out from the pharmacist later and refused to take it. He tried to give me an opioiod just to get rid of me. That was my last visit with him. He is sloppy, dishonest, and irresponsible. I warn everybody to stay away from him unless you want to have bad dental work and become a part of the opioid crisis.

He took 15,000 dollars... and tried and fail with 3 sets of teeth after 2 years of pain and bloody gums... I said no more give me my money back... you have no dental competency ... he has not taken my calls and thinks he can continue to rune peoples lives ... I have not been able to eat or chew food... when I take a drink it runs out of the top denture... I've met with several other unfortunate victims... he sent me 3,000... and wants the teeth back... I'm at the point that I will have to hire a lawyer
