I have never known a doctor like Doctor Terri. He goes above and beyond to provide you with wonderful care and always additional information that helps you understand what is going on. He takes the time to get to know you and always offers suggestions that are in your best interest. I feel privileged being his patient. Thank you Doc for always having my back. We waited in the room for over an hour. No one checked on us, offered water or even updated us on how much longer we were going to have to wait. This is after waiting 4 months for a follow up because he refuses to return emails, phone calls and even after a visit to his office manager. I need more information about my condition and treatment because its getting worse. He also had my fiancé entire medical packet for 4 months to review if she was a "candidate" because she also has a gastrointestinal condition that is rare. He would not even return any messages or schedule appointment Bottom line is I feel Dr Tetri doesn't care about his patients . He has patients lined up and he cherry picks what he is interested in him. If you don't fit that criteria, then you are ignored.

Dr. Tetri is great person. Listens very well and cares alot. He is truly a great well trained doctor. He is also a very caring person always approachable and smiling.
