incredibly kind & caring plus most knowable

Arrived on time for the appointment. When Dr. came in, stated “this is a 10 minute slot and we are 5 minutes into it...” One of my children is also a patient. and I made appointments for us both. Five minutes total of doctor time, two copays, and two large deductibles later, we left with little patient history taken and even less medical advice. Not to mention feeling as though we were interrupting the flow of the office with our skin issue. I think all patients deserve better.

When questioned about why he would not also try an addition treatment, he explained one reason and then told me I had used up my time with questions and walked out the door. Ridiculous. Terrible bedside manner.

I was late one day due to the rain. All he had to say was, "Can you come back another day?" Instead, he angrily took me and was acting in an odd manner. I can not explain how uncomfortable he made me. I even asked his nurse if he was ok, and she told me he gets upset when people are late. All I know is that I do not want a doctor that falls apart for something so minor. Good-bye!
