And I glare, laugh, or wave my hand away, and proceed to tell them exactly what I think of this place and where I wish they would stick it. These are the most arrogant yet helpless doctors you are going to meet. They are all the same, arrogant pr!cks that refuse to help you. They are led by one of the worst humans, Dr. Ward. He told me at 22 years old that nothing was wrong with me and I wasn't in pain, but to just go to pain management for the rest of my life that there was nothing they could do for me or help me with. They never looked at any of my imaging or notes, so he couldn't properly diagnose anything. He had NO desire to help me, and I should have done something about this when I could have. He deserves to be in the kind of constant pain I am, and the plight of the majority of his patients. He is a soulless human with no empathy. Every other oral surgeon that has come out of here, that I have been seen by, including Dr. Larson and Dr. Ruggiero just to name 2, have been exactly the same. They teach their doctors how not to care about a patient and not believe their pain, I am sure of it. Because they are all way too similar for it to be a coincidence. I have had repeated jaw bone infections and tooth infections, have been suffering for years, and they put me through this. I hope they all suffer like I have.

Dr Ward took time to explain the procedure and all the details as well as what "might" happen and made sure I understood the total procedure. All of his people were professional and helpful to me making decisions. I would highly recommend Dr Ward to anyone.

Dr . Ward , his staff and team of doctors and dentists are exceptional. Rare to find such cordial bedside manner and excellent , skilled doctors.
