after sitting in waiting room for over an hour to be seen, finally make it to the back, see the dentist all of 5 mins. i was there almost 2 hours in total. then he refused to fix my tooth unless i agreed to pay $1200 for a single crown, and i have to have 4 root canals @ $800-900 each, according to him and the technicians along with crowns for each tooth - over $8000 to fix 4 teeth! never once did i see them wipe down the keyboards & mouse & light handles in between patients, all while they put their fingers in your mouth for the xrays. very unclean and unsanitary. AND when you look up the dentist, the image does not match the person you see at all! I will never go back to this dentist.

. Then when he took me to a partial room there qas a black tray or table that was very dirty. And after my cleaning my mouth didnt feel clean like when i went to my last dentist before she moved. He was about 30 mintues or more late. Office needs a cleaning. I couldnt see the dentist or aide while they were working on me. They were behind me. My first impression was the lobby floor was dirty. I thought well there is snow outside. But the dust on equipment and floor throughout ... i wouldn't want them to do any work on me if they office ia dirty is it sanitizary clean to drill?

There is no fear of treatment with Dr. Williams--he is caring and talented. There is no other dentist like him. High-quality staff performance.

Dr. Williams is very good at communicating and listening. He takes the time to make sure you understand what services you'll be receiving and that you are satisfied.

Dr. Is the best dentist I have ever been too. Although it has been a while since I've seen him he is the only dentist that I actually looked forward to seeing. I'm no longer afraid to go to the dentist and I'm scheduling an appointment ASAP. I recommend this dentist to anyone with young children who are scared of the dentist and pretty much everyone else because his office is always clean, up to date, he is very friendly/funny and he is the only dentist that has never hurt me. Dr. Williams your the BEST!!!!! See ya soon!!!!!!!

I LOVE Dr Williams and think that he is amazing. I will go to him all my life and never go to another dentist (:
