Orthodontics is such a rewarding profession. I get to see people transformed, not only in appearance, but also in personality and self-esteem as they go through the process of orthodontic treatment. I am so excited to go into the office each day and visit with patients. I get to change lives for the better, and there’s nothing better than that!
Our patients are the best! They are fun, good people, and we have a great time together. I feel privileged to have been serving the wonderful people of Lewiston with quality orthodontic care for the past 10 years.
Education and Continuing Education
I graduated with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Creighton University and practiced general dentistry for four years. I completed my Master of Science degree in Oral Biology and Orthodontic Specialty Certificate from the University of Louisville.
I receive approximately …30 hours of continuing education per year on varying subjects, including orthodontics and interdisciplinary dentistry. I do this so I can give my patients the best treatment possible. I feel that the field of orthodontics is changing rapidly and, if I don't stay up on the newest technologies, I will not be providing the best for my patients. I am also a member of the Lewis/Clark Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the Idaho State Dental Association.

Our orthodontic team is dedicated and hard working. They want your visit to be fun and memorable. We love to laugh and have fun, and we truly love what we do.
Family Life
I have been married since 1989. My wife and I have five beautiful children who are involved in soccer, scouts, cheerleading, dance, basketball, horses, piano, and guitar. They keep us pretty busy! We live on a farm with numerous farm animals which take up the rest of our time.
Community Involvement
Church is a big part of our lives. We serve as leaders in our church organization. We support many community organizations, including 4-H, Boys and Girls Club, AAU team sponsorships, VYSA and Valley Thunder Soccer teams, DECA, FFA, and Boy Scouts of America. I think it is important to give back and support the kids and the activities that help to develop productive people for the future.
