Dr. Bret Allen Hubbard, DO

I have been taking subutex for my pain management for over 3 years. I NEVER had a problem with illicit drugs or substances. This man spoke to me like I was nothing, kept trying to convince me I was a drug addict and needed suboxone. He kept trying to have me call my AA sponsor and wanted to speak with him DURING my visit. I go to AA for fellowship and advice, I do not tell my sponsor in AA that I take opioids for pain management because it isn't their business. Also in the middle of my visit he opened the door to the exame room and told me to leave UNLESS I switched to suboxone that very day from subutex all while the entire waiting room was looking at us. I felt completely embarrassed and left without ANY HELP. No 30 days worth of meds THAT THEY WERE ALREADY prescribing me. I left at a extremely high risk for relapse, I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE to stay far away from this quack.

This place is worst than the Va Medical Center! Bret Hubbard hates Military Veterans and he is a fake arrogant Man! They do not like people speaking up about there health care and the minute you do they bring big Bertha the nurse to call the cops and by the way Brett raising my voice about your front desk is not a reason to call the Cops on a Retired Military Veteran with three Combat Tours and Retired and by the way you said the cops were called then were is the police report liar! All Military Veterans and U.S. Citizens take my advice find another place.

Would Recommend to anyone A+++ Primary care provider that also manages chronic pain

He's fine if you've got a rash or a sprained ankle, but anything more complex eludes him. And if you have knowledge about your own condition, don't let him know about it. He'll shut you down and become surly very quickly, especially if you have knowledge about a condition that he doesn't know. It doesn't matter how nicely you try to phrase things, he wants to be in charge, and he wants you to know he's in charge. As long as you act like an idiot who is grateful to be in his presence, he's happy to sit and talk with you, spouting inane medical trivia and giving you his opinions on just about everything.

Dr. Hubbard, is not only a great doctor, he is a Christian man of faith. I recommend him highly.

I love Dr. Hubbard! He takes his time to listen and doesnt treat you like he wants to get you in and out. He genuinely cares about your concerns. I would recommend him to everyone!
