Bret Jacobsen is a military trained, board-certified physician assistant who has spent over 4 years in plastic and reconstructive surgery, as well as general surgery, and has a passion for beauty and aesthetics.
Jami Jacobsen is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who believes in a patient-centered approach to medicine and aesthetics. She realized early on that treating patients both on the inside and out is imperative to helping them have the best quality of life.
Revive Health and Wellness is a medical practice focused on serving the dermatological needs of the community. Our aim is to not only provide great care for your hair, skin, and nail health, but to also give you confidence in your skin’s appearance.
