Excellent , most profession and kind , understanding and well paced doctor I ever met for my child with special needs

My husband, my daughter and myself love Dr. Pickering. He is a fantastic Doctor and gave us more information about our daughter then we ever imaged. He was very thorough and helpful to our daughters needs. I have seen 4 pediatricians since my daughters birth and he is by far the best. We highly recommend him for any new or seasoned parent.

I am really bummed because I did a lot of researching and interviewing to find a GREAT doctor for my special needs son. We have been with Dr. Pickering for a total of 8 months and have only seen him once out of maybe 10 visits because they could never get us in to see him. He is booked all the time (Even if I was willing to wait days or for a week. He still wasnt available). The office staff LOST some of my sons medical records and on two occasions made errors on their part in scheduling. They even booked us to go in on a day that the office was closed! The wait time is always horrible and you feel more like your in a hospital waiting room than a pediatricians office. I wish I could rate Dr. Pickering based more on his abilities but unfortunately we saw everyone in his office and only met him once. Whats the point in having a Dr. that you can never see.
