I like that I went in for a ear problem, but he found other problems that were going on. After my surgeries I should be able to live a better life than I ever have.

Ask yourself if you really have to go there. The staff is so rude that I was embarassed for them. I am an RN and have been working with HIPPA rules for a long time. I simply requested that the staff not use my last name when calling me from the waiting room again. They said they could not. I said well what if you called my first name and then when I came to the door I could say my last name. The office manager insisted they could not do this. I explained that I am not comfortable with my whole name being blurted out in the waiting room. And she said she could not accomodate me. I said that I would not be back. And she said thats just fine. Very poor customer service. I am so sorry that the next ENT is an hour away in another town.

My husband was diagnosed with a very rare cancer by Dr.Clarke. His manner of explaining, the care he gives are second to none. He is extremely knowledgeable, works well w/ the cancer center, gives incredible followup. There are not enough good things to say about him.
