Dr Dock and his staff are tremendous

I've never had a worse experience dealing with support staff. I know they have multiple locations, so I called them while I was on my way there to confirm I was headed to the correct one. The person who answered the phone refused to tell me where their location was. Instead, she told me she has been calling patients all day cancelling "non-emergency" appointments. I told her I was never called and she told me I should have been called. Then she claimed my insurance wasn't accepted there when the person who scheduled the appointment for me told me it was. I let her know, and at this point, she sounded unsure of herself-- a demonstration of her carelessness or unwillingness to verify these claims. Either way, one of them provided false information due to their contradicting statements. Then she proceeds to inform me my only option is to reschedule the appointment one month from today's date. I live half an hour away from this office and by now, I was two minutes away. Because I was never… notified of these cancellations, they could have made an exception, since my appointment was only minutes away and I was already inconvenienced. Again, she never resolved my initial inquiry which was to verify their location. She refused to tell me where they were, claimed that my insurance wasn't accepted there, and at the same time, she wanted to reschedule my appointment. This nonsensical behavior and inconsideration is the perfect example of iniquitous customer service that should be avoided at all costs, as it can be damaging to any practice. It deserves no place in the healthcare field.

Dr Dock could not do enough to make me feel comfortable and at ease. He went the extra mile to help me including calling another Doctor to help with my problem.

I went to the doctor for acne. I had been to other doctors in the past, but I thought nothing worked. They took time and explained why I had this problem and how I should treat it. Also, they took time and made sure that my prescriptions were cheap.

I've seen him twice now for the same skin rash. First time he prescribed a cream that was over $400 and it did nothing. Second time, he prescribed meds over $600 my insurance won't cover. He doesn't even think twice about cost to patient. When I asked him how much the prescription would be the second visit he said no more than $25. Plus he wants you to use a mail order pharmacy company which is a pain, waited 3 days and still wasn't contacted by them. Not very friendly or forthcoming with information.

Great doctor had been to several dermatologist without been satisfied with treatment but after seeing Dr. Dock ...his treatment really helped me.

Great doctor quiet but very precise.

Too quick to find "suspicious" lesions and attack them. Too quick to order biopsies. If you are not fully insured, you'll get a sizable bill after every visit.
