Dr holt is a Phenomenal urologist. He is very kind, patient and caring. He spends a long time with his patients until you understand everything. He is a wonderful surgeon too. Thank you for all you do.

Operated and removed small cancerous tumor on my kidney very little discomfort great personality

Made me wait five weeks for a biopsy after receiving an ominous PSA score. Waited five days before informing me of life-changing biopsy results. Waited six days before informing me of a potentially deadly pulmonary embolism that was discovered during a scan for possible metastasis. The lengths of the delays are known from dates that appear on the reports. Labs are very careful to include this information, especially for something as serious as an embolism. Told me that I was not a candidate for surgery and would need to have radiation treatment, which would have caused serious health issues for the rest of my life. I pity any patient who would take seriously such terrible medical advice. I found a much better urologist, who safely removed my prostate with robotic surgery.

Doctor Holt is truest an awesome doctor. From his bedside manner to he vast knowledge has is amazing. I have been his patient for 3 years had him as my surgeon who saved my life. Ty

Excellent bedside manner! Patient and answered all questions

Dr Holt gave me a call on Friday evening around 6:00 to give me some test results. What dr does that? He spent time talking with me and answered my questions.

Friendly and professional. Spends necessary time. Explains what needs to be done and what will be done, in the office and at the hospital. Courteous to me and my family members. My only complaint was the difficulty or slowness for getting surgery scheduled. I waited for the office scheduler to call me, and when she did not, I called the office, but could never get her on the line. So, I went to the office and waited till I could speak to her in person. Then, while standing face to face with the surgery scheduler, I was able to finally get surgery scheduled. If I had waited for her to call me, I would probably still be waiting and suffering. Suggestion: Add a scheduler, or get a new scheduler. Meanwhile, emphasize to the current scheduler, the importance of calling patients promptly to schedule surgery!
