Dr. Brett Robert Hutton, MD

Dr Hutton is amazing. He is a wonderful rheumatologist, and a very kind and compassionate physician! I started seeing him for various arthritis problems, many years ago when he was practicing in Loxahatchee. Now that he is in Boynton Beach it certainly is much more convenient! I have highly recommended him to many people over the years and always received great feedback!

Dr. Hutton is the most caring and compassionate doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. My husband has had serious knee problems for many years and has had horror stories of cortisone shots, thus neglecting going to see a doctor. He gained a lot of weight because he was unable to exercise. His knees finally gave him so much pain that he began limping. We were referred by a friend to Dr. Hutton. My husband went in and Dr. Hutton listened to his concerns, explained that due to “bone on bone” both his knees were going to need replacing within the next 24 months. Dr. Hutton came up with a complete plan which included cortisone shots, diet change and exercise plan. We felt like we were the only patients in his office as he spent 45 minutes just talking with us and explaining that he will do his part keeping my husband out of pain and my husband will do his part with diet and exercise. Dr. Hutton genuinely cares for my husband and just wants him to succeed. He has the best bed… side manner and the nurses were great. As for the procedure itself, Dr. Hutton sprayed the area he was inserting the needle into with some numbing agent, used ultrasound technology to watch where the needle was going all the while shooting the area with Novocain, once he finds where he needs to shoot the cortisone he switches out the Novocain with cortisone and he is done. Within 24 hours my husband’s pain was gone and now he can start on the plan laid out for him by Dr. Hutton.

I was referred by my personal physician because of several complicated autoimmune disorders. I had to wait 3 months for an appointment even though I tried to explain the pain I was in. My own doctor couldn’t get me in sooner! He skimmed thru my previous records and ordered blood testing and had me return in a month. Now I’ve waited 4 months with no help from him. He’s not a caregiver.

I was in bad shape - Psoriatric Arthritis everywhere - Dr. Hutton saved me - it needs time for Arthritis medication to kicks in. He needed one try. It took 4 months!! But I am happy now for a long time. I have to drive 3 hours to Palm Beach - but it is worth it. THANK YOU

Dr. Hutton was in the room barely 5 minutes. He said my former physician “didn’t know the right things to do”. Dr. Hutton did not offer me treatment, meds, tests and said any wuestions speak to the PA. A poor excuse for a physician. Every time I went to him he appeared disinterested and in a hurry. So I left.

He is excellent doctor I don’t have no more pain in my hand and my husband don’t have more pain in one of his knee thank you so much doctor Brett you are great

I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Hutton, who had previously talked to my PCP about my condition and I also called prior to see if he could help me. Well, I had to wait over an hour to see him. I gave them all my records and labs, etc. Let alone he didn't look at them, I explained my situation and the pain I am constantly in, and tried to discuss details, but he was uninterested, unknowledgeable and arrogant. He said my 15 minutes was up and he couldn't help me, nor would he order required routine protocol monitoring labs. He took my money fast and did nothing for me. He was a TOTAL waste of my time. I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.

My knees stopped hurting almost immediately after my injections. Today is the second day and I am running around. His injections were "better" than HSS in New York City. Thank you Dr. Brett. Gail Fishman

he listens when you tell him things and gives answers to all your questions. I wish more doctors cared as he does.
