Dr. Brett Hymel was great at explaining everything in detail and made sure I understood what was going on. He treated me with respect, answered every question I had, and took the time to break everything down in a way that was easy for me to understand. I truly appreciate his patience and the way he made me feel comfortable and heard. I would definitely recommend him to others!

Very friendly and has a great staff

During the visit Dr. Hymel took time to discuss past tests and my history with this chronic issue point by point. It has been a difficult road but I left with a solid treatment plan in place which I am appreciative of. I would highly recommend Dr. Hymel for his pleasant demeanor, ease of communication and most importantly his full attention and proactive approach to Your health issues.

There is truly no end to the positive things that can be said about Dr. Hymel. I was originally seeing another physician in the same specialty area; however, my surgeon insisted that I see Dr. Hymel, so I did. It was the best decision that I have made to date. Dr. Hymel always ensures that I am properly informed about my health and explains things in a clear manner. He possesses an ability to connect with his patients in such a manner that is so rare these days. You never feel like you are being rushed through your appointment. Dr. Hymel is more concerned about the quality of care that his patients receive as opposed to the volume of patients that he sees. He covers all of your treatment options and you leave knowing exactly what the next course of action is. I am forever grateful to Dr. Hymel and blessed that he is my treating physician.

Dr. Hymel is by far the best gastroenterologist I have seen. He is knowledgeable, compassionate and a huge advocate for his patients. I came from out of state and he was able to accomplish more in 2 weeks than my Dr’s back home in 4 months. Kindness is good medicine but kindness plus action is where healing begins.
