No compassion. Go somewhere else. Very rude. Acted like I made up my pain. Complete garbage.

Absolutely no compassion for by any staff member regarding patient pain levels. One actual physician, everyone else CMA's, although there was a rumor of a PA, but never saw doctor or PA. This Mengele-type "practice" is all about the money. I have already disputed payments to this practice with Medicare. Since all I ever saw were CMA's, Medicare should not have to pay a physicians fee.

I didn't like Dr. Krepps. He made it look like i was making up all the pain that i was having in my knee after an injury. Everything we tried wasn't working. I went to him multiple times and he kept saying that he didn't know what was going on or what else we could do. Finally we tried arthroscopy surgery. Then he found the problem. I had a bunch of scar tissue.

I'm thankful for Dr. Krepps and his vast knowledge. He is professional and personable. He is thorough and goes the extra step to make sure he is making an informed diagnosis and then gives the options for plan of care. He has a great bedside manner.
