Dr. Brett David Lawlor, MD

I have seen a couple of the doctors of the at the Rehab Doctors. The doctors themselves are smart and provide wonderful care. The front office is horrible. They are know it all and rude. Anytime you have to have contact with them they act like you are a bother. This office seems to go through a lot of front desk staff so the patients don't get a chance to develope a relationship with anyone at the front desk. I have been there twice when someone at the front desk told the doctor that they wouldn't do what he told them to do. It was embarrassing to watch. If the front desk had an issue with something the doctor asked for, explain why there was a problem. If you are someone with chronic pain profound enough that you need to see the Rehab Doctors you spent a lot of time coordinating appointments and following up to make sure all the information each doctor needs is where it needs to be so appointments are as efficient as possible. So not having a point of contact to follow through with… makes this office a nightmare to deal with. I used to refer many people to this office but after several of them complaining about the things I just said I no longer refer them to this office.

I have seen Dr Lawlor for many years for multiple pain issues. He is very professional, knowledgeable and excellent at controlling my pain. He actually makes time for all my concerns, then figures out a game plan to resolve my issues. I am very blessed to have him as my Doctor.
