Dr. Brett Adam Levinson, MD

I have had many doctors treating me for my health and I don’t care for how Dr Levinson’s cares for me.His ego is more prevalent than his helping hand. He makes you watch a 3 minutes video about himself instead of sitting with you and talking. He is uncaring, poor listener, and rushes you as you are talking. He even hangs up on your phone calls when you need help. Would not recommend him to care for your health.

Dr. Levinson has exceptionally poor bedside manner as he delivers medical information without sensitivity and is sometimes downright rude. Furthermore, the office gives no regard to a patient's insurance information having doctors fill in for Dr. Levinson without checking coverage leaving patients with massive unexpected bills. I strongly discourage any patient use this doctor or practice.

To future patients. Please allow me this opportunity to express my profound gratitude to Dr. Brett Levinson, located at Cross Keys Ophthalmology, in Baltimore, Maryland. In summary, woke up with my right eye was swelling closed. Needless to say, I was concerned (more like freaking out!). Because it was a weekend, I immediately went to one of the quick clinic type of services. Needless to say, within a day their treatment was not showing any improvement. Early next morning, my eye was closed shut and I immediately called Dr. Brett Levinson. He and his staff did not hesitate! They said get in here immediately! After arriving, Dr. Levinson and his team immediately started a battery of tests. He even took pictures. It was severe. Were they thorough? Oh yes! Afterwards, Dr. Levinson did a detailed exam and started me on some other medication that took hold immediately. Wow! His conscientiousness -- seriously -- was incredible. Afterwards, he took significant time explaining his diagnosis.… There was no get-in, get-out. Not at all! He took his time and explained -- in detail -- my diagnosis. And, today, a couple weeks afterwards, my eye is incredible! I will go back for a follow-up. So...to those considering a real, thorough eye doctor for your family and kids, do yourself a service -- go to Dr. Brett A. Levinson. My family could not be more at ease with a genuine eye doctor. I have been to so many doctors for my dry eye! Dr. Levinson was the only one that solved my problem. He treated me with a light treatment and gave me plugs. My eyes feels so much better. Dr. Levinson is so knowledgeable and always takes his time. His staff is a pleasure.

My granddaughter-9 and myself were patients of Dr. Kronthal, whom I Loved. So when he retired our appts were switched over to Dr. Levinson. Dr. Kronthal prescribed glasses to correct granddaughter's lazy eye/drift as did not require surgery at this time. All was working well, the appt was just for follow-up. Dr. Levinson changed her prescription. When asked about her progression. He stated didn't know, and suggested I take her to an specialist..What Was He AND If he didn't know how to treat her why make changes. I took her new prescription and ordered new glasses as old glasses had gotten broken. When the glasses came back SHE COULDN'T SEE ANYTHING/ALL WAS BLURRED. Found out this was due to this Dr's changes. Due to his Incompetency I now have to Pay for new eye exam! AND Pay to have lenses Redone! Not to mention the stress this caused. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

The BEST eye doctor in Baltimore area hands down! I found the office of Dr. Levinson while desperately searching for a doctor. I was traveling from Florida to Baltimore for business and had a minor accident at the airport that resulted in a scratched cornea. The office staff was very welcoming, kind, and very accommodating. The office is inviting and extremely organized! Dr. Levinson was amazing! I was giving an appointment even though the schedule was completely full, and I had the best care one can expect in a situation like this. I am greatefull for his professionalism, wonderful personality and experience! I would recommend this office and Dr. Levinson to anyone who is looking for the BEST Eye Doctor in the Area. I wish I lived in Baltimore to have Dr. Levinson as my regular eye doctor!

When my eye was red and swollen, Dr. Levinson and his staff got me right in to see him. Everyone was so friendly. In a few days, my eye got better- thanks to Dr. Levibson’s execellent medical care.

Doctor Levinson was outstanding. He was able to solve my eye problem and get me feeling better. I have been to several doctors that did not know what was wrong with my eyes. Doctor Levinson was very knowledgeable about my condition and was super friendly. He also has a great office staff.

I have severe dry eye. I have been to many other doctors who did not help me. Dr. Levinson was the only doctor who helped my dry eye with his cutting edge dry eye therapy. He is very friendly and quickly responded to my calls/emails. His staff is great. Anyone with dry eye should see Dr.Levinson.
