Dr. Brett Hamilton Mcray

Dr. Brett McRay is an accomplished dentist from Houston, Texas. Together, he and Dr. Heather Robbins bring over 10 + years of dental experience to their state-of-the-art practice, The Dentists At Houston Westchase. Dr. McRay offers invaluable expertise in all facets of contemporary comprehensive dentistry. His dental postgraduate studies and experience have allowed him to competently serve patients in the specialized areas of laser dentistry, aesthetics, implantology, and sedation.

Dr. McRay has received extensive training in cosmetic and full mouth rehabilitation, oral surgery and dental trauma, as well as experience in preparation, placement and restoration of dental implants.
Dr. McRay is committed to higher education having graduated Magna cum Laude Honors from Texas State University with a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science. He also holds a Masters in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Following an initial career with NASA, Dr. McRay then …attended the University of Texas at Houston School of Dentistry and earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2010 graduating in the top 2% of his class. He then completed a one year advanced dental residency with the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and Memorial Hermann Hospital earning a Certificate in General Practice Dentistry.

He has been the recipient of several prestigious accolades including the American College of Dentists Leadership Award, the American College of Prosthodontics Achievement Award, and selective admittance into the National Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. McRay is a licensed dentist in the State of Texas, and holds Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certificates as well as all permits for parenteral I.V. sedation, enteral oral conscious sedation, and nitrous oxide anesthesia. He accrues well over fifty hours of C.E. continuing education each year in his field and is actively pursuing his Fellowship in The Academy of General Dentistry.
