Dr. Brett William Mercer, DO

BEWARE:: showed up to my apt. on time for Dr. Mercer. Filled out new hire PPWK 6 min later. 5 min after my apt. time, a Rude nurse came out and said because I was not 30 min prior to the apt. the Dr. will not see me. Note: Never was this covered and it looks like the Dr. was running behind that day, having other apts. prior to mine waiting as well. They offered a week later for a new apt. with the same bad Dr. Problem is I had a terrible MRI finding and was given the run around by this place many times trying to get an apt. I held off on going to the ER due to just waiting it out for the apt. They would not reason and said I would not be seen. Never in my life I have heard of someone being on time for an apt. but being told they have to leave, and the apt. would not be honored
