Saw Dr Rosen at Exer urgent care. Great doctor, very impressed. Nice, extremely knowledgeable, caring.

Id give a zero but it’s not possible. I have had 2 encounters with “Dr. Rosen” at two different Exer locations. His arrogant and dismissive approach was insulting. I hope he can self reflect and figure out if he even likes his job, because he appears miserable.

This dude popped my shoulder back in.... at urgent care!!!! No 5 hour ER visit for me! He told me it would hurt... and it did... but unlike other docs in the past, he said he could do it. Could not be happier.

Not sure about other reviewers here but this is a doctor that actually cares. Didn't know if I had anything serious and at the end of the day he said he ruled out the "bad stuff" but I'd need a further workup. I was happy knowing it was nothing dangerous and unlike most ER doctors I've met, he went the extra effort to give me my next steps and to call if there was a problem. Thankfully my problem self-resolved (still don't know what it was) but I definitely appreciate his care and kind manner.

I went in to the urgent care for extreme abdominal pain. Brett was so kind and really made me feel comfortable during the whole ordeal. He explained things clearly and with kindness. He spent the time with me to make sure I was okay. I give Brett the highest recommendation and will refer to family and friends.

Dr. Rosen was so helpful in explaining what my issues were and helped me through a rough time. Thank you

Saw Dr Brett Rosen at Exer Urgent care for pain. Our internist called ahead of our arrival to help manage our care. It seemed this call had the opposite effect and our negative experience with him will insure we will never return to Exer and will notify all of our neighbors of our experience as well.

This Doctor needs to learn how to speak to people. He is cocky and arrogant.
