I had to have a tooth pulled and he made it so easy. He has excellent communication skills. He also did my implant for me and I am completely satisfied. I was not stressed and I would go back again if needed.

All fees must be paid up front regardless of what insurance pays. My insurance company paid the office over a month ago and I'm still waiting for reimbursement. They'll hold your money until you call and complain.

He made me feel valued and as though he had no other prerogatives.

I have seen Dr. Ueeck twice. Both times the confirmation of insurance and payment in advance were more important than my care or needs. I was asked to pay in advance of services. Wouldn't we all like to get paid in advance?

He got all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth out in about 20 minutes and I had no problems because I followed the directions he gave me. Nice guy, felt comfortable around him and like he knew exactly what he was going. I'd go back if another issue arose and would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Seemed caring and informative at my 14 year old's initial office visit. Day of surgery changed entire plan without consent, unavailable after procedure. Told us "minor" procedure, able to return to normal activities w/in 24 hours. Five days later, still grossly swollen, painful and unable to open mouth normally. Dr. now apathetic and unconcerned. Sits on other end of phone in total silence and changes story with each passing day. Day three were were told: Third day is the maximum swelling. Day five..."yep...still normal"...how is this possible. She is getting MORE swollen, not less.
