I was really impressed with Dr. White. I came in with several issues and he listened carefully and addressed them all in short order. Was very impressed.

I agree with other comments. There is a certain trickster thing with Kaiser. They leave phone calls like it is urgent and scary but it isn't. Not sure if it is the Dr. Then there is blame about lifestyle before test are in, then when tests come back and there isn't any high numbers - all normal. No mention of the previous "you are eating too much salt blah blah" Then there isn't any instructions just "here take this". When I asked questions about the medicine I was listed as difficult and combatant. OK if you have a basic infection (had one before and got the antibiotic quickly) but not for long term health care. Then was issued another drug so when I wanted to confirm and the nurse wouldn't forward me to the Dr. to ask. Said I'd have to come in again and pay again. So looking for another Dr.

As a PCP, he holds information back after many tests are done. I was sent to other doctors in the facility and got even less from them except for the "you must make an appointment within a week" phone calls (it turned out to NOT be an emergency situation). Waste of time and energy when a person needs a proper wellness plan to try to live a life and not go to meaningless appointments that just cost more money. I got more information from webmd.
