Dr. Brian Thomas Andrews, MD

I had a consult with the doctor for a rhinoplasty, pretty straightforward, wanted it smaller and more feminine. He ended up telling me I had midface hypoplasia and would benefit from cheek implants as well. No thank you. Felt like a car salesman trying to sell me more procedures. Got it done by someone else that listened and did ONLY my nose.

I have been diagnosed with a rare cancer on my scalp which is very aggressive. Dr. Andrews immediately put me at ease with his calm, direct approach and answered all my questions and concerns in a very unhurried manner. Although I am facing some possibly grueling treatment and surgery I feel extremely confident and comfortable with Dr. Andrews' knowledge, expertise, and bedside manner. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Brain T Andrews needs to find another job. Andrews is unempathetic and unsympathetic to the point of being autistic. He does not listen nor does he care about your expectations. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT get a surgery done by Andrews.

Andrews performed facial reconstruction surgery for multiple fractures. My experience was not great. He rushed the surgery and when I requested that another doctor with experience assist him on this surgery instead of the resident doctor in training he refused. After surgery result where subpar my cheek bones are still depressed. I requested a post op CT scan but he refused. Told me it was in my head and everything was done correctly. I was able to get one through another doctor. The CT scan shows that my bones are in fact overlapping and where not set exactly in position. Andrews is impersonal and not the best bed side manners. I thought this would not reflect on his ability as a surgeon but I was wrong. Andrews does not care about his patients.

I couldn't advise more than to go to a different surgeon if you are considering any plastic surgery with Dr. Brian Andrews. I went to him and I'd love to share pictures of my very visible, lopsided and uneven nose, after dr. Andrews performed Rhinoplasty if I could here. Not only that, but 6 years, I had a 1/2 inch long stitch pulled out of my nose that was left in by his team. It was extremely painful too. After the initial nose job and most of the swelling swelling went down, I informed his office of how terrible my nose looked and they were Completely dismissive. I then called his office regarding the stitch as well and they said he'd be willing to see me after I informed him I now live in California.. seriously? Of course you'd like me to travel 2/3 way across the country but why would any sane person even consider going back to the doctor that gave them a terrible nose job and then had a 'permanent' stitch come out 6 years later. That's ridiculous. I'm sure he'll offer to 'fix'… both his mistakes however it's terrible I'm even having these issues to begin with. Go to a different Plastic Surgeon and save yourself a lot of time and headaches.?

Dr. Andrews has done an amazing job for my mom who has cancer. I would recommend him to anyone. Mom just had her 11th surgery because of her cancer. Thanks to Dr. Andrews she should heal just fine. For being 80 years old she is a trooper.

I had a rhinoplasty to straighten a broken nose. After it fully healed, I took a picture and compared it to the "before" picture. There was no change, not even a slight improvement. My nose is just as crooked as it was before the surgery. For $18,000 I expect more.
