Brian E Benson, MD

Though I have had good experiences with Dr. Benson WHEN I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SEE HIM, I have recently found it impossible to schedula an appointment with him. His office can only be reached by phone, and when I call, I am left on hold for several minutes and then am connected to an answering service. I am then asked several detailed questions before I can leave a message, and the I NEVER HEAR BACK FROM HIS STAFF. I have repeated this lengthy process several times and NEVER HEAR BACK. I don't care how highly recommended he is, if his staff doesn't return messages, his reputation as a Dr is worthless to me.

I saw Dr. Benson for a thyroid and neck mass. I was extremely satisfied until he referred me to his partner, Dr. Inouye, who he said was more qualified to deal with my neck problem. When this physician referred to my thyroid, I asked him about the neck mass and was informed I would need to see a neurologist. Disappointed that Dr. Benson was not honest about referring me to another physician and not being informed they were not qualified to deal with my neck problem. Setting up procedures with hospital was difficult and time consuming.

Great Doctor, excellent human being. He cares about his patients and treats you like a good friend. I was absolutely confident after talking to Dr. Benson, that he was the doctor I wanted to operate on me, he was very thorough in explaining my issues and concerns. I highly recommend doctor Benson.

We trust Dr. Brian Benson 100%. He is trustworthy, intelligent, and friendly. He is highly educated and in tune with our needs. Dr. Brian Benson has helped to quickly diagnose my husband with Stage 4 Tonsil Cancer. With Dr. Brian Benson's help, he expedited the tests, made sure we knew our team, and his position. We just saw him 3 years after the diagnosis. My husband is alive to talk about his last visit with Dr. Benson. We had again, a great visit. Dr. Brian Benson has the latest equipment, a clean office. Dr. Brian Benson has a very helpful staff. Our experience with Dr. Brian Benson has been plus 5 stars! We highly recommend Dr. Brian Benson. We know he will give us the best tests and recommendations in the future. We fought cancer for the second time together and my husband is her to tell you...go see Dr. Brian Benson!

Dr. Benson is a compassionate and extremely intelligent surgeon. One of the best doctors I've ever meet! And unfortunately I've meet quite a few surgeons I could not tolerate. He takes the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of surgery with you. I highly recommend him.

I was referred to Dr Beson by Dr Munver. My voice was becoming unperceptible,weak,almost gone. Iam happy that I found Dr Benson,he is expert in his field,gave me accurate diagnosis the first visit.I was made part of the overall plan of treatment .I know that he is a compassionate and professional Dr.,he always was available to me and my wife .Today Iam able to speak its wonderful .PA Marina was always available and helpfull.

I absolutely Love Dr. Benson!! He is a doctor who cares and actually know what he is talking about. He is Extrememly knowledgeable!! The best Voice Doc!! I would recommend anyone to him!!!

Dr. Benson took the time to discuss my problem and is an amazing surgeon. i had been to a few doctors but none of them diagnosed me correctly. Dr. Benson is a master of his craft and is a model doctor.
