Everything about this office was a waste of time with the exception of the actual meeting with the doctor. The initial/first visit paperwork was not given to me prior to the appointment and was not ready when I arrived 45 minutes prior to my appointment as directed by the scheduling staff. My appointment was at 11:15am and I did not see the doctor until almost noon. None of the front office staff could answer simple questions regarding scheduling, locations of the surgical office or price/billing of any kind. The medical assistant charged with submitting the referral to my insurance did not submit it prior to the Labor Day weekend like she said she would. I informed the doctor and the medical assistant of the importance of getting everything done as I recently had back surgery and the surgeon ordered this procedure to be completed ASAP prior to my next MRI. The Doctor only does the procedure I need the first Tuesday of every month being TODAY. After several hours on the phone between… my wife, our insurance company and 3 members of the clinics staff we thought the issue was resolved and I would get the procedure completed. We received a call from the surgical office at 12:18pm informing us I had a procedure scheduled for 1pm at the Jst location, which I would not have been able to make it there based on where I live. I was asked if I had stopped taking my medications and was fasting, we were never informed of this by the pain management office last week during my appointment. The individual speaking could not tell us if a later appointment was available only that they would submit it for next months epidural steroid injection day. EVERYTHING about this place is a joke and waste of time. I also wasted 70 dollars for the initial consult when it appears they knew they would not get me on the schedule when I needed to be. I would give this a ZERO but VITALS will not allow a score that low.
