I went in to get a treatment plan on the teeth that have cavities and told him I was hoping to have one filled at this appointment and the owner said they could do that. However dr. Brian started poking at my teeth with the pointy tool and then decided to floss me and I have no idea what that has to do with filling a cavity but he could tell that I was uncomfortable and kept saying im not hurting you and then stopped and told me my anxiety was to much and I would need to find a dentist that could put me to sleep for my procedure and walked out. Then penn family dental gave me a referral without telling me where it was for and sent me off. It doesnt state on the referral where either.

Dr. Bonczek has been my primary dentist for years now, and continues to create a completely positive patient experience. From always getting me in on time for my appointments, to his professional and thorough dental care, Dr. B is the best dentist I have found here in Pittsburgh!

I've been seeing Dr. Bonczek for over 5 years now. When moving back to the Pittsburgh Area, I was in search of a dentist. Dr. Bonczek was recommended by another friend and the experience has been outstanding. He has always offered me all the options for my dental health, has been easy to schedule appointments with, and truly treats me with respect. Excellent choice when looking for a dentist!!

Dr. Bonczek put my mind ease he did a complete check up and even checked my mouth for any signs of gum cancer. Having had a parent just deal with that and him checking as part of his normal routine I cannot not say enough on how impressed I was with him. Hope I can continue to have him as a dentist for years to come. Thank you

I came in to see what could be done and the entire appointment all that was done was belittle me and tell me I need thousands of dollars of work done. I will never go there again. You can be honest with someone and not make them feel like less of a person.
