Dr. Brian Keith Bracy, MD

Dr. Bracy has been a good doctor for me. He listens to me and makes a few recommendations. I get to choose or I tell him which way does he lean. His way of leaning is spot on. I enjoy the fact I get to have a say so in my medical treatment.

Dr. Bracey was very nice but seemed to give me the run around. Repeatedly asked me what I wanted to do about my illness, when that’s the whole reason I was there, for him to tell me what we could do. Never actually told me what was wrong with me, just beat around the bush. His red headed nurse was sweet as could be but the blonde wasn’t friendly.

I was recently accepted into a bachelor nursing program out of state where I am currently living. When the program admissions requested a letter stating appropriate immunity signed by the Dr who performed the titer test, I called this office once again. The nurse there stated they do not even bother Dr Bracey with requests made by people who are no longer patients even though they performed the test. Apparently a visit and co-pay to the office is needed for a letter stating results of a lab they performed in their office. Don't even bother becoming a patient here unless you plan to stay until he retires. Otherwise you're on your own if you ever move. And will have to repeat the same things done in this office.

I had extensive blood tests done, trying to find out why I was so sick, came in for the results, and this Dr came in the room and asked me "what's up?" He didn't have my chart in his hand, no laptop, no computer in the room! I had to tell him why I was the, to get the test results and find out what was going on with me.. He left the room and came back over 30 minutes later to tell me about my test results. Still didn't have any paperwork or anything in his hands.. No pen, no papepaper! Nothing!! He is the worst Dr I have ever seen!!! Terrible!! His nurse is rude as well!! Would NOT go back there!!

Very poor communication concerning testing referrals with Hospitol and patient. Keep dropping the ball. Repeatedly.

He's a great listener and seems to care. Very prompt with your needs . Only problem I've had and the only reason I no longer see Dr. Bracy , the billing department or whoever they outsource to. I received at numerous times false billing , stating I owe money . I warned the practice , they need to fix the issue . Dr. Bracy and the staff didn't seem to care. In fact they owe me money. If they fix their billing , I would recommend . But until then no

Dr. Bracy is a wonderful doctor. He listened to everything I had to say and set up a plan for me on my first visit. He thoroughly explained the medications he was giving me and gave me his own thoughts on how well they should work. I would defineatly sugest him for my family and friends primary care physician.

Dr Bracy was fast, efficient and listened to my needs thoroughly.I felt like he was a caring and considerate doctor, who took his time and didn't make me feel as though he had other patients waiting. I only wish his clinic was in Fort Smith.

Hope he goes in to privatee practice, I will definetly tell friends and family about him.
