Dr. Broker is a very compassionate doctor who sincerely cares about his patients. He demonstrates empathy and understanding during doctor/patient discussions. He is up to date on all of the latest medical innovations. I have referred family members to him and they give me very positive feedback about the care they have received from Dr. Broker. I like his calm and gentle approach with a little sense of humor thrown in. He is easy to talk to, understands what the patient is saying and responds knowledgeably. I would give him a 5.0 rating.

The great thing about Dr Broker is that he is not trying to give you a quick fix. I have had bad ear wax going on for few years. Dr Broker cleaned both my ears out and checked my nose. Dr Broker performed my sinus surgery over 20 years ago, improving my life considerably. The practice was fairly new when I first met Dr Broker. I was really impressed. I recently saw him for a sinus infection. He listened to my symptoms, then used the endoscope to confirm that there was infection. He prescibed compounded antibiotics and a steroid to add to a saline rinse, avoiding oral antibiotics. That treatment has been a real game-changer. It takes much less time to feel better. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and phone wait-times are short. If you are a chronic sinus sufferer like me, and are tired of just being handed a prescription for antibiotics, give them a call and schedule with Dr Broker.

Dr. Broker and his staff are very professional and a pleasure to work with. More important, Dr. Broker spent time with me and didn't rush the visit. He explained issues very clearly and gave me suggestions to help me with my issues.
