Finding the right psychiatrist can be a long and arduous process, so let me save you some time and energy by telling you that Dr. Buggie is the most exceptional doctor you can trust with your physical and mental health. I've been seeing him for several years, and his perceptive and insightful disposition makes him both a supportive counselor and a brilliant practitioner. He is unfailingly available to address his patient's medical and emotional needs, inside and out of the office. I would never have ended up in the solid place I am today without his compassion, encouragement, and expertise.

Easy-going and relatable, Dr. Buggie helped transition me off a lot of unnecessary pills to put me on an effective regimen. He also confirmed an appointment by saying, "See you Monday for the Pokemon Hunt!"

Dr. Buggie was exceptionally easy to talk to. I had a lot of things to get through for our initial conversation and he really did not make me feel rushed. He listened and really tried to assess each situation separately. I loved that he was modest and asked me about some business terminology that I used instead of pretending to know what it was. He is very genuine. He took the time to explain the plan of action for the future and even followed up via email. I was really nervous about seeing someone but I'm happy because I'm certain that i landed in the right office.

Dr. Buggie has a relaxed way of making you feel comfortable right away. He has a great low key sense of humor and really takes the time to get to know you, and cover every detail. He is also extremely thorough and does not rush one bit through the appointment. As an added bonus, his office is very pleasant to be in and he has delightful taste in home decor.

Dr. Buggie saved me from an extremely dark time. I will always travel from a far place to remain as a patient with him. I am so grateful to him for helping me. My family also is extremely grateful to him also. He is easy to speak to and makes you feel comfortable to be able to tell him what is going on with yourself. He is worth every penny!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Buggie's for exactly a year now. In this time, he has worked very closely with me, tailoring my medications to fit my needs. I am so incredibly grateful that I found him. Before I started seeing him I was hospitalized 4 times in one year. I became pregnant a few months after starting with Dr. Buggie. He worked very hard to find a medication regimen that was compatible with pregnancy. I now have a healty newborn. I have a more "serious" psychiatric illness, but he even helped me find a medication plan that is allowing me to breastfeed my son. Dr. Buggie is very professional, extremely easy to contact, fast to respond to any questions and concerns, and makes scheduling appointments a breeze, even being so flexible as to change appointment times or give an appointment the same day if I am having an emergency.

As someone with all sorts of anxieties, it's not always easy to open up without feeling overly self conscious or hyper aware of everything I'm saying or doing. What it is about Dr. Buggie that made me feel instantly comfortable, I don't know and it doesn't really matter regardless. I was able to share private, uncomfortable and honest thoughts, feelings and experiences with him and i knew he was listening with empathy. More important than his empathy was the time he took to start getting to really know and understand me in order to provide the best care possible.
